Tired of the lies that numb the pain for it never truly goes away Sick of the

Through minutes shaped in the size of hours, Observe impassively your decline

Razor blade thoughts conspire in your head for you to step closer to the line

When every second makes it harder to find, a will, a need to persevere See only

failure as you trace back from past experiences to this moment here As you

question the meaning of it, Found no purpose, no cause worthy of care No God

above, no love out there, Only the road that leads to despair

Almost feel the presence of the Angel, The one coming down to harvest the souls

And collects yours as a due The long awaited answer to desperate calls

Dreaming the last night of the universe In time all things return,

All things return to earth

Nothing can bring the innocence back From the long lost days of youth Look to

the future, all you see is black Feel cold inside, empty of truth So many years
